Nut orientation modules feature "wrap around nut rail" and a shorter fall-off ramp, delivering more fasteners faster.
Improved nut path and precision discharge connection give trouble-free singulation. Longer singulation module for ¼-20 and 6mm nuts gives continuous feeding at high feed rates.
Nut orientation module incorporates "spillover" cover to contain fasteners at high vibration levels, while improved lid design and precision manufacturing controls on singulation units prevent shingling and crossover jams.

Adjustible Nonconductive T-Bracket
(Universal for all shuttle style tooling)
SureFire™
Nonconductive material eliminates the need for non metallic elements in each shuttle tool.
The same T-Bracket is now used for both stud/standoff- and nut- shuttles.
An adaptor plate enables the nonconductive module to be used with all earlier stud/standoff shuttle tools.
