Rick Costa,
Customer Service Manager
Rick began his career with Haeger in the Assembly Department, where
he was responsible for assembling all styles of Haeger automatic
tooling. Rick then moved into an inside sales position due to his
in-depth knowledge of tooling and his attention to detail. In his
current role as Customer Service Manager, Rick is responsible for
all aspects of order processing, and provides valuable phone support
to both distributors and end user customers.

Joe Garcia,
Technical Service Manager
Joe has been with Haeger since 1986. Joe spent many years as the
lead Haeger machine assembler before moving into the service department.
Joe now has overall responsibility for the service department, and
has recently instituted the very popular "Customer Care"
service program.

Dennis Hegarty,
Service Technician
Dennis has been with Haeger since 1982. He has spent many of his
years with Haeger as a designer draftsman, during which time he
has assisted with the design and engineering of many new products.
Dennis' extensive product knowledge serves him well in his current
role in the technical service department. Dennis also spends a good
portion of his time in the field visiting customers with our Mobile
Demonstration Truck. Dennis is based out of the Haeger, Inc. office.

Ron Boggs,
Service Technician
Ron joined Haeger after spending many years at Procter & Gamble
in both production and service roles. Ron specializes in Haeger's
"technology" products, and is the point man for Haeger
OneTouch machine start-ups and installations.
