Joe Garcia, Service Manager USA
Joe has been with Haeger since 1986. Joe spent many years as the lead Haeger machine assembler before moving into the service department. Prior to Haeger Joe worked in service industry for heavy equipment repair operations. Joe has instituted the very popular "Customer Care" service program and was awarded the Virtuoso Star Award for Excellence. Joe’s current responsibilities include Customer and Distributor Technical Service Support. Joe is also responsible for Web-site service documentation. Joe is currently working on new service tools that will help him track our distributor and customer service needs. Joe is a strong partner in service support for all Haeger’s worldwide locations. Joe plans to grow the Haeger service into a revenue building department that will show a profitable contribution to Haeger. Joe continues to grow his background and stays current with educational classes in his field. Daniel Diaz , Technical Service Team
Daniel joined the Haeger team in 2006, bringing with him, years of equipment service, customer support, and engineering experience from his time with companies like NDC, a Johnson & Johnson company, where as a member of the equipment engineering team he developed and maintained custom production equipment for the development of medical devices. At Siemens Building Technologies, as a lead installation technician, Daniel lead crews of technicians and subcontractors in system installations and customer service at multiple industrial security customers including SUN Microsystems thoughout California and the rest of the United States. At Haeger, he puts this experience to use to provide our distributors and customers the best support possible and continues to strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Jack Xia, Service Manager China
Jack started with the Haeger China Office as the Service Manager in August 2005. Jack brings with him over 10 years of experience working in maintenance, and 4 years as a National Service Manager for French Company, PCB Industrial. In his current role as Service Manager, Jack is building the sales and service system in China and the reputation for Haeger products and services in China. Jack’s goal is to increase South China sales and improve service in 2006. Jack holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
