Engineering Staff
Justin joined the Haeger team in October 2004. Prior to joining Haeger, Justin worked as a systems engineer and project manager in the aerospace and defense industries. Justin is currently actively involved with the new product release of the Window Touch-3 with the new Turret Insertion System-2 and the One Touch-3 with Robot-Ready Option. He is responsible for product development of machines, tooling, and software as well as process control of tooling production and concurrent engineering design. Justin holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of California, Santa Barbara. Ron joined Haeger after spending many years at Procter & Gamble in both production and service. Ron specializes as an application engineer for Haeger's technology products, and is the point man for the Haeger Robot, WindowTouch, and OneTouch machines and installations. Ron is responsible for implementing product development projects, tooling and is an integral part in testing and roll-out of Haeger existing and new Technology machines. TC began working at Haeger in 1992 after spending a number of years designing equipment for the electric utility industry. TC is currently Vice President, Custom Systems Engineer, and Regional Distributor Sales Manager for Haeger. Over the years, TC has been directly responsible for many of Haeger's new product introductions, product technology improvements, and Custom System Developments. TC is an integral part of new product development and custom systems implementation. TC has also completed new leading edge product developments on the WindowTouch, One Touch, 618, 824, and 2015 machines, as well as the DieSerter automated insertion system. TC is also responsible for the latest generations of Haeger automatic tooling. TC currently also manages the Haeger Western Region Distributor Sales Team and is growing machine sales and Creating Hardware Insertion Profit Centers™ by improving productivity and quality through technology.
