Wouter joined the Haeger team in 1997. Wouter began at Haeger Inc. in a market research and business development position where he provided valuable contributions towards growing the worldwide market for automated fastener insertion technology. Wouter then moved into developing the market for Haeger Europe to increase Haeger Machines Sales and Distribution. Currently, Wouter manages Haeger Inc., US and Haeger Europe BV. Wouter also serves as the European Distributor Sales Manager and is growing machine sales throughout Europe. Wouter brings with him valuable and worldwide experience that drives Haeger to Create Hardware Insertion Profit Centers™ by improving quality and increasing productivity through the use of effective technology for the metal fabrication industry. Joel McDonald joined the Haeger team in Oakdale in March 2008, as the Plant Manager. Joel has over 25 years experience in managing manufacturing and distribution facilities in various business. He spent the last 8 years as General Manager for a facility that generated 40 million dollars in revenue, in charge of sales and service of seamless gutter machines distribution of aluminum and steel coil to the construction industry. He brings a unique and rare combination of discipline, optimism and curiosity to his role as Plant Manager for Haeger Oakdale. He has devoted significant time in teaching leadership principles, values and ethics inside and outside the business. In each step of career, he has left those businesses in a better place than he found them, stronger, more capable and energized. A native of Northern California, Mr. McDonald graduated from the University of the Pacific with a B.A in Business Administration in Stockton, CA. His main goal is to build an innovative, creative and professional staff that believes through excellent quality and service we will grow.
